Feeds are full of people arguing about which one wins. Here's what I'd pay attention to instead.

A developer wrote about getting genuinely 10x more productive with AI. His biggest finding had nothing to do with the AI. It was boring stuff. Instant rebuilds. Automated busywork. Killing the dead time between starting a task and seeing whether it worked.

Your business has the same problem:

1 Get the knowledge out of people's heads and into systems. 2 Make those systems run without someone babysitting them. 3 Then pick your agent.

Most people skip to 3 and wonder why nothing works.
